I don't think Jack is stealing or ripping off anything. Wouldn't call it frat rap but he has the wave of high school/college kids behind him heavy.

Seems he's as big as he is because he's non-offensive musically and personality wise. He's just there lol

This album is extremely fun, I think most everyone can get down to it. Great beats from Girl Talk

He definitely makes the exact same music in the same vein as certain white rappers have been making forever. Don’t know if that is ripping off anything, but yeah, it’s boring either way.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

I'll believe that Black Star album is being released when I'm actually listening to it

It’s funny but like mainstream UK rap is so much better than mainstream US rap atm, yet it takes this for Americans to listen lol

if you turn a blind eye to whatever the hell is going on with drill right now then yeah, maybe you have a point

UK drill is also better than American drill

i was (very vaguely) referring to the wave of sample-heavy, tiktok-leaning drill that seems to be super popular with younger crowds at the moment. but yes, i'd have to agree the UK drill is also better overall, just in a weird spot

It’s always cool when a big name in hip hop doesn't tout homophobic/transphobic stuff.

the replies are gross though so don’t read them
