Lakeith Stanfield dropped an EP that is actually pretty damn good, I'm a fan of this

 

man I know people don't really like Beats Rhymes & Life that much but "Stressed Out" is a classic jam. especially the Phife version is just so good

 

The new Mach-Hommy album is awesome as usual.

Extremely hyped for KRIT, hope it's a bounce back after his last album which was his first one that I didn't love. Conway's album FINALLY coming out is also great news

 

I listened to the Earl album. It's cool but his voice (or not voice - maybe, tone?) just doesn't grab me. Tabula Rasa is great though.

 

Listening to the Cordae album now. I have realized that I immediately get turned off just a little these days if I see that an album is longer than 30 minutes.

 

Was gonna say I actually liked the last KRIT record quite a bit, but thinking about it I probably haven’t gone back to it much since that year

edit: damn nvm I was thinking of KRIT IZ HERE, he’s put out a few since then I guess

 

It’s fine. It’s really something I should be into, but I just keep feeling like I have heard it before, but better. That happens a lot.

 

I had the exact same reaction. I listened to a few songs and thought "nothing about this surprises me"

 

I was kind of surprised by the second half or so of the Eminem verse.
