nah this just a funny complaint but I decided to do a random playlist of songs that sound like asap rocky thinking it be all hype stuff for the gym but instead it was just sad songs and like frank ocean. It was not the best for the pump lol.

Also I finally got around to listening to the new Maxo Kream and Mick Jenkins albums. Both really good, I'm loving hearing Maxo grow as an artist with each project and Mick just stays consistently great

 

I was listening to "Sacrifices" on a loop today so I'm choosing to believe I manifested new Saba and Earthgang

 

I really really like Maxo. Pretty much every project he's put out has banged. I'm just very disappointed because I hadn't noticed it before, but 2 songs came up on shuffle yesterday where he dropped the f slur.

I’m in the same boat where I like a few songs on both his albums but his mixtape is an album I can listen to constantly I feel like he lets loose more on them

Oh my word this Saba song…..immediately one of my favorite songs of the year.

 

Never really gave Lil Ugly Mane too deep a listen beyond a few songs but I’m checking his most recent one and it’s wild stuff. Reminds me of Cudi at his most experimental mixed with early Gorillaz vibe or something. Really good.
