IDK's album is really fucking good, I love how he always puts a lot of effort into making really cohesive albums with set themes and this is his best work so far. Insane feature list too

 

Pop Smoke had a soft announce of the release date being 7/16

 

It's Kanye apparently. The sources from DeuxMoi were saying it was a billionaire rapper and someone just sent in that it's Kanye. Will it actually drop Friday? Who knows but there's the answer.

 

I dunno about that.....

 

They expect people to believe a Kanye released date lol

everybody's everything by lil peep was good af tho but yeah usually not great

 

i dont know much about his stuff, was he involved in putting that together at all or is it all cobbled together by others?

 

i guess its technically a compilation and not a real album so its just a collection of unreleased stuff or rounding up previously released singles all into one place, probably why it came off better than most posthumous releases, it wasnt like an incomplete vision that someone else tried to finish off

 

oh but come over when youre sober pt. 2 did come out after he had died which i didnt realize, thats a really good album. his mom had a huge hand in putting it together too which probably helps a lot in making it sound authentic

 

The DMX album was mostly completed by the time he died right?

I don’t have anywhere to put this but dang I’ve been listening to Usher’s 8701 a lot lately and there are so many hits on it and the beats are insane.

 

I recently did an Usher discography run though, he's got a couple great full albums but there's still great tracks on every album as well
