Addiction is such an awful brain disease that I fear so much I pretty much only smoke weed now. Barely drink wine.

From what I’ve read, he’s alive, in ICU with “some” brain activity. While there is a chance of recovery (I saw an amazing one with my mother’s situation over the past few years), a full one may prove difficult. I hope some miracle works itself in here. He’s an iconic rapper for me, but seems to have had a long troublesome addiction for much of his career.

That’s great news to hear this soon after. The sooner he wakes up from what I’m assuming is currently a coma, the better the chances are for his recovery.
