W.A.R. has some great tracks on it. But yeah, it was the last album of his I really enjoyed.

I think I said it in here before but I literally think Daveed Diggs should be on the lists for best technical rappers. His flows and breath control are INSANE

Daveed is so underrated, though. He has everything.

Black Thought is definitely a good one too. He was Big Pun's favourite rapper for a reason.

 

This came up on shuffle today. Hadn’t heard it in years. So fucking good.

 

I dunno why, but I just can't get into clipping. Daveed is far and away the most impressive member of the Hamilton cast technically, and he's such a joy, but when it comes to clipping. it just isn't clicking

Freddie Gibbs & Schoolboy Q

 

Really expected the Freddie/Q song to be trappy/upbeat but I fucking love what they did with that. I think Freddie's major label debut this year is going to really set him over the top


Also it's so great to hear Vic and Chance on a song together again. I hope this is the lead single for a full Vic album, he's long overdue
