ok trying out Magnolia, this is even worse. @MEH at least had awesome music, but Magnolia is a terrible beat to go along with the terrible vocals

I was thinking about the Mac Miller album specifically, and then didn't think too hard about the rest lol

 

At the risk of opening a very dusty can of worms, I’m a firm believer in that everything (or anyone for that matter) that is a very much a product of Hip Hop culture is Hip Hop, rap or not

 

Revisiting that Busta and Slick Rick cut from the last Westside Gunn album, it’s insane

 

Been meaning to check out Whodini for a while. I guess now would be the best time to do that.

the divine feminine is such an awesome album

 

I feel as if this project from last year got overlooked. It’s R.A.P. Ferreira’s crew and is in the same vein as purple moonlight pages.

 

me and my friends are skateboarding right now at a skate park and they were like what’s a good album to play on the speakers and skate to and of course I had to go old head and play a tribe called quest’s midnight marauders.

 

If you want more music like Earl's recent output I strongly recommend the two albums Navy Blue dropped this year. Pretty great features too, he has Ka on one of them and the one that just came out has Mos Def and Billy Woods

 

This is a stone cold classic

 

Was always more aware of it through MF DOOM sampling it, but it’s a fucking great song in its own right.
