The Masta Ace album is still exactly as good as you’d think it would be.

I also listened to Talib Kweli’s “The Beautiful Struggle” again. It was disappointing to me in 04 and it turns out I was right. I like about half of it, maybe less. Some undeniable bangers though.

Next up is Cormega’s “Who Am I?”, which isn’t on Spotify. Then Willeniun.

Listening to Savage Mode 2 now. It’s ok. Kinda blah.

 

I really enjoyed the Chopped not Slopped version.

 

I gotta be honest Savage Mode 2 didn’t really stick with me as much as I thought it would initially. Still solid and still not as bad as a lot of people in here were making it out to be, but definitely in that “fast food rap” category we were discussing a few pages back. I admit I was wrong.
