Wait this new Action Bronson tape is actually fire. Bringing back that 2010 feeling

It's a typical Bronson album in the best way, dope production and funny bars. Exactly what you'd want from him

Update: Atrocity Exhibition is phenomenal and has been on repeat. Amazing stuff. youknowwhatimsayin? is good. XXX will need to grow on me some more... Old is next.

Weird order, Old might be my least favorite looking back but I haven't done a discography play back in a long time

He also has a ton of great loosies, Grown Up and Blueberry come to mind

 

His newest is my least favorite. It’s still fine though.

 

I actually just listened to youknowwhatimsaying?, and I feel it’s overlooked. Obviously it’s only been out a year, but the production/features are aces.

Finally got around to the new Westside Gunn. I liked Pray for Paris better, but it's still very good, Westside is good at utilizing his limited actual rapping skills in the making of full projects

Really excited for Benny's album but I'd be shocked if any Griselda project tops Conway's this year

 

Conway's mini album with Alchemist was the best thing he's done IMO. I'll take all three Gunn albums over the recent Conway album, though. A few tracks aside, I wasn't really feeling it.

Worried about the new Benny album tbh. Hit-boy is an ok producer, but Griselda are best over beats by Daringer, Alc and DJ Muggs.

 

That's interesting, I actually think From King to a God might be the best Griselda project period lol. At least top 5 with Tana Talk 3, Pray for Paris, FLYGOD and The Plugs I Met

 

Maybe I need to listen to it again...

 

From King to a God is my fav Griselda project too. But there are lots of great ones.

Also I really like the new Westside Gunn record, but I am literally begging for him to stop making love songs

 

Benny released another song ahead of the album tomorrow and it’s 2 for 2 that I haven’t liked. Hit-boys production does nothing for me. Kinda disappointed, especially considering how good The Plugs I Met and Tana Talk 3 are.

 

Love this Armani Caesar tape so much. Probably tied for 3rd fav Griselda release with Price of Tea and behind the first two Boldy releases, if they count. Conway and Benny were both solid, but behind the others

I've had a tough time getting into clipping honsetly, I've tried a few tracks as different points of entry over time because Daveed is amazing in Hamilton, but I can't quite connect
