the Jay Elec album is pretty wild. The audio quality and production unfortunately leave a lot to be desired, but the album itself is quite engaging. It's MUCH better than his actual album released this year, with finishing touches this could have been huge in 2012, or whenever it was released. Now it feels like the lost relic that it is.

 

wish the vocals werent pitched up otherwise it be a great song

 

i cant remember where i saw it but supposedly they'll update the album and finish it

 

random thought but every song black hippy did together was always such good content. I wish they did more tbh.

 

I listened to Denzel Curry’s latest EP. I thought it was a remix or demo album before I listened, just based on the track names...but I guess that’s the way he stylized it. I really enjoyed it. I’ve only heard this and ZUUL by him, so I’m excited to check out the rest.

 

TA13OO and Imperial are both great (not quite as great as his newest stuff tho)

 

Taboo and Zuu are my two favorites from him, two really different sides of his style
