Country Grammar is quite an album

 

I saw Nelly last summer at one of our cheap $10 concerts and it was honestly a great time. Hit after hit for an hour straight

 

Has anybody listened to Ka's new album? I totally blanked and never listened to it.

 

Country Grammar is a beast. Incredible album.

 

Country Grammar was one of the first hip hop albums I ever bought. Huuuugely influential for me.


With that being said, Nelly's been accused of rape by multiple women.

 

I won Country Grammar by being the 10th caller in a Kiss.FM contest

but yeah, fuck Nelly

 

Luda way better than Nelly.

 

I think looking at albums as well as hits Nelly has higher highs but Luda probably more consistency

 

I never really listened to the Nelly much outside of the hits, but the first 4-5 Luda records were in constant rotation.

 

I remember recording Scary Movie 2 on VHS off of like Starz and "Ride Wit Me" played during the end credits and I believe that was the first time I heard the uncensored version

 

Looking back, I went through a pretty dedicated Nelly phase. I even bought "Da Derrty Versions"

 

thought I'd feel out of place here saying this but you're old so I feel validated

 

Last track on polo g (new) album really took me by surprise in the best way possible.

 

that's funny, I just listened to that song because of BJ, but haven't heard anything else on the album. Can vouch that the song is cool

 

It is superb, definitely give it a listen

 

Also, Luda pisses all over Nelly. Nelly has pop hits, but Luda has bangers.

Nellys stuff has also aged badly.
