Artwork Uzi uploaded is also different than the one being used for the single cover everywhere else. Uzi's has guns on it and the lighting is different. Maybe he's on the album and he leaked the album cover early?

I finished Speakerboxxx and now it’s on to The Love Below so I can give my proper rankings.

don't forget Idlewild which is very disjointed and weird, but there definitely are some gems

Honestly, the best songs on the album are the Andre ones. Idlewild Blue, Chronomentrophobia, When I Look In Your Eyes... gives a glimpse into what Andre could have done if he kept making music

 

New Westside Gunn tape/album/project coming out at midnight. That and the new Shabazz Palaces on repeat tomorrow.

 

It is weird to think about how much I am into my favorite things off the love below.

It is just a smooth instrumental track.

The Love Below is an unbelievable achievement for someone who mostly just rapped until then. Truly incredible stuff.

edit: obviously 3k is the best lyricist in rap, so by saying he "just rapped" is a massive massive understatement, but the technical/musical leap he made with that album is like Kid A-level huge.
