I would strongly recommend at least checking out the Melly album again. It sounded meh to me on first listen but it’s super fucking good.

Disregard this tho if you’ve given the album it’s fair shake. It’s not for everybody by any means. I just wanna keep pushing people on him because he’s just that talented.

 

Don't love the Melly album as much as I hoped, but there's some incredible tracks on there. "City Girls" is getting me every time.

 

Yeah City Girls is probably my favorite, followed closely by No More. I’m really only not a fan of like one track on the album tho, as weird as it gets at times.

 

Robbery, and the closer are also fire.

Cardi B, Migos, Travis Scott and A$AP Rocky are your Wireless 2019 headliners Pretty insane lineup for this festival. Seems strange having Cardi B and Migos coheadline though.

This is a Dutch singer (sings in English) that recently signed to Roc Nation, and this remix with Ghostface is very good. It samples C.R.E.A.M.

 

I missed this last month. Very good.

 

fashawn’s annual festival is back here in Fresno and it’s an ok lineup.

I would go for fashawn/exile, schoolboy q and Saba

 

The names at the bottom of these festival posters are always ridiculous beyond parody

Rico Nasty will be a star by the end of 2019. Didn't realize she was only 21 too

 

I think Dreezy is one of the best rappers out there right now, but I'm not as a big of a fan of this one was I was of the last one. I just don't really like it when she does a lot of straight up rap songs. It's not that they're not good, it's just that her "crossover" songs are so fucking good that I want more of them and less of the others. That being said I really love about half of the songs on this album, which is a good ratio for me.
