I just realized that a weirdly large part of my ongoing “favorite songs of 2018” playlist consists of uptempo UK rap songs. Their rediscovery of garage, jungle, drum and bass etc as sources is really doing it for me.

so is there any more info out there about this (alleged) Thug album or just those two tweets?

 

I was just about to post about that. Are we just expecting it to drop tonight at Midnight? The label tweeted it too.

well I don’t see a new album on Spotify so it’s not looking too good

 

This is pretty great. His other album from this year is also good too. Basically, he's had a good year and i'm only just catching up!

 

so apparently the Young Thug album is supposed to be available at noon or 3PM (depending on your location)

What’s this based on? I believe it though. He just wiped his instagram (again) and changed his profile picture (again) and this afternoon will have been two days since that tweet.
