    Food & Liquor
    The Cool
    Lasers

Lasers is definitely a significant drop off from F&L and The Cool, but those first two albums are unbelievable and Lasers isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

    HOT TAKE ALERT:

    Ghetto D
    Da Last Don
    Only God Can Judge Me

I grew up on No Limit Records so I'll be damned if I don't put a No Limit #Rap3Peat in there.

  11. Letting Go, Words I Never Said, and All Black Everything are great. I don't really go back to anything else on that album. I'm just glad he bounced back with F&L2 and T&Y.

It's nowhere near on par with this first two albums. I'd say it's more disappointing than awful. Like, you just didn't expect Lupe to go so mainstream and poppy, especially after releasing - what I consider - two classics. Looking back at it, Lasers is an OK release and I still go back to quite a few songs: Letting Go, Words I never Said, Ti I Get There, The Show Goes On, Beautiful Lasers, Break the Chain.

I didn't care for F&L II, I think that's his worst album. But yeah, he did bounce back with T&Y, big time, in my opinion. Only to drop another dud in Drogas Light...

T&Y is an absolutely amazing album, Chopper is the hardest song he's ever made

I like Back for the First Time and Word of Mouf and that's it.

  19. F&L2 has Lamborghini Angels and Form Follows Function, which are top tier Lupe songs imo.

I think the whole point in naming these three album runs is that all three albums are supposed to be fantastic, instead of two of them making up for a mediocre third

Lupe is one of the best rappers/lyricists alive imo. It's too bad he barely releases anything anymore. I was a casual fan of Drogas Light and a huge fan of F&L, The Cool, and T&Y.

I still feel he has a potential that he hasn't tapped into yet for his next project.
