I could swear on the clipse album we were getting “So Be It Pt 2” but now it’s switched back to the original? Weird. Not complaining though as I was pretty disappointed it wasn’t going to be on the album

Saw Kneecap headlining 2000 Trees festival this weekend. Bit of an odd booking for a rock/metal/punk festival but they’d played few times on their way up and FUCK ME they were good.

A couple of my friends who aren’t massively sold on them on record basically came out converted. They were incredible.

I think it's Clipse, clipping and Saba for me this year. can only see JID breaking in there unless there's a surprise drop from someone good

Clipse album is good but not great. Maybe a victim of overhype for me.

Agreed. Couple good tracks but overall a bit emotionless IMO.

  15. Emotionless definitely isn't the word I would use considering the first track, but I wish it was a little less polished or the poppier hooks were toned down a bit. Still a good record, maybe just not a great one.

My brother has been texting me about it nonstop the same way he did GNX, another record that I think is good but not great.

bummer seeing these takes but you can't win em all I guess. I continue to think it is great

I’m listening to an Arrested Development CD in my collection for the first time in maybe 17 years and I came here to say that they have always been way slept on and underrated, and it has only gotten way worse

That new open milke eagle album is very good. I had to show the old head coworker and he was like ok this man cooking.

    The Clipse album is cool.

Beats just don’t hit as hard as the first two albums though, with some exceptions. Some hooks really hurt their songs I think (Pharrell should have stayed behind the boards).

So Be It is an insane song, the beat has like 00s German (specifically NRW) rap vibes, which is a compliment.

Unsurprisingly I think the song with Kendrick sucks.

It’s awesome that they got Ab Liva on there.

Overall I personally expected a little more after all this time, but it’s definitely a good rap album.
