Peanuts 2 N Elephant is one of the worst songs i have ever heard

hearing bono, weezer and lin Manuel Miranda on a lil Wayne album in 2025 is not what I expected

 

Ok bitch it's Weeze rand it's weezy

 

beat sounds like it was made with a Donkey Kong emulator, it's extremely bad

 

this sounds awful and I like Weezer

 

the Weezer and Miranda songs are truly terrible just bottom of the barrel stuff, the Bono one is fine. okay album overall, easily the weakest Carter but far from the worst Wayne out there

 

Tha Carter 6 nosedives as soon as the Jelly Roll song comes on. Production and autotune choices on some of these tracks is insane. Features list is whack and why would you bring back Rebirth-era guitars?

 

I won't have time to listen to the Wayne album for a while, but I am loving reading these reactions hah

 

Same. I have 20 other albums in the queue before it but the clips I've heard have been horrendous.

 

The biggest offense is that it’s under Tha Carter name. Should be I Am Not A Human Being 3 and maybe it’d be a little less offensive. Or not! It sucks

 

oh my god. if you thought that Nicki, The Weeknd or Big Sean were the worst offenders for physical release vs digital release... Wayne has a new one for ya. The digital release is 19 tracks, the physical is NINE tracks hahahaha. 3 didn't even make the final cut for the digital release

Why only release half the album on physical? This is a common thing?

Edit: Am I understanding correctly? So the physical release only has 6 of the 19 songs from the digital release and 3 more songs that are not on the digital release?

 

I see we're already outdoing the severely botched physical release of Hurry Up Tomorrow. impressive!

Gimme Earl and Alc over chopped soul sample over some of the rubbish jpeg has put out recently. Dude has spent too much time with K*nye

 

Musically I far prefer jpeg but as a human he isn't doing himself any favors

I finally checked out Wu Tang Forever since I’ve been so stuck on Enter the Wu Tang and goddamn that length is crazy. I had to get some context with how double disc were popular at the time but that length is just a little too much but there’s some gems on there. Inspector and ODB continue to be my favorites.

 

WLF is great. Reunited/For Heaven's Sake might be the best one-two punch of RZA beats in the catalogue

 

Good album. The length is definitely a deterrent. I have a yearly ritual where I’ll put it on whilst putting up my Xmas lights and by the time I’m done the album is over .
