Im enjoying all of this a lot lol, Drakes song was unfortunately pretty solid, Rick coming back thar quick with the 90s vibe spiced it up, the anticipation for Kendrick’s response has me feeling like a kid on Christmas Eve

 

yeah this is the most I’ve engaged with rap in a while and it’s because Kendrick made some pot shots over the worst metro boom in beat I’ve ever heard

 

Rick Ross, the former Corrections Officer who built his whole persona off another man's life, trying to call another rapper out for hypocrisy is always hilarious to me. Dude should go really sit this out after 50 Cent destroyed him in their beef.

 

The Ross song ruled tbh. That man can rap

 

That Drake/AI/whatever track may be the best thing in the world, but it’s still Drake, so I still have zero desire to ever listen to it.

 

I find it hard to care about any of this but that Ross track in a vacuum goes pretty hard, first one in this whole saga that actually has a good beat

 

Thinking too long about Drake and Rick Ross definitely takes all the fun out of this

 

Drake diss was pretty good but Ross has all these tracks beat so far. Easy to remember how good he can be when he really gets focused.

 

The concept of diss tracks always fascinates me. Making a song just to attack another artist. It’d be interesting if other genres did it too. Like if Dolly Parton made one attacking Reba.

 

I mean other genres do that too and have done it for decades
