I've had this recommended to me a few times after listening to Westside and Conway and it's really good

 

Never looked into Chuck Strangers myself, I only remember him from that Joey Bad 1999 feature. This is real nice! Gonna check out the rest of his stuff. Guess he’s got a new one coming in March too

I don’t know too much about this dude- think I’ve enjoyed a few of his features- but he deserves to go viral for this. What an incredible display of character.

 

Redveil is great

 

I almost posted that in the accountability thread as a “positive” post a few months ago, haha. I feel like it’s a little more expected to see very young artists like Redveil drawing harder lines on important issues, but he really said all that with his chest. Proud of him for it

 

Redveil has a BRIGHT future, he's only 19 and he already has such a good career. Produces almost all of his own beats and can rap his ass off too

 

I think I've only heard his track with Denzel, what else should I check out?

 

Niagara was my entry point so I don’t think you can really go wrong there, but it definitely doesn’t have quite as much of an “album” feel as Learn 2 Swim does

the new Armand Hammer thing that's only on vinyl has some crazy tracks. prefer it to their one last year which grew off me a fair bit unfortunately
