This really is an underrated masterpiece (with the exception of the shit lead single That Part). Totally unique in sound, almost sounds like a mature rock-rap album at times—like he was influenced by Dalek or something on this record. Relistening to it now. Wtf happened to shit like this.

I really just need asap rocky to release an album this year. It’s been so damn long.

Blank Face is absolutely incredible, probably one of my favorite hip-hop releases of the decade. I don't see Q ever topping it for me at this point but I'd love for him to come close

Moor Mother's last two were amazing, can't wait for that new one.

The 700 Bliss album and the billy woods collab are really good too.

DJ Haram's production on the 700 Bliss album is insane. If you liked her production on the Armand Hammer album from last year, definitely give 700 Bliss a listen. Not really a hip hop album, but definitely hip hop adjacent and very good.

Not too diminish how dumb he's being, but it definitely feels very much in line with his whole schtick, caring but but caring, not giving a fuck, shock factor, etc etc etc

it does feel very out of line with all the times he's vocally said he hated Nazis though lol

Haha yes, obviously I agree, I'm just saying that his terminally online and button pressing persona makes it not shocking that he's trying to be shocking again
