Man, the new Boldy album is so good but the f-slur on "You AIn't No Menace" took me out for a minute. Just thought we were past that kinda shit

 

The Rome Streetz album is good but that "CONDUCTOR" tag is fucking annoying lol

 

Yeah, seen a fair few people say that. He used to only do it once, maybe twice in a song. On that, it's obnoxious.

That's disappointing. I'm gay and I've liked some of the Boldy stuff I've heard. C'mon people, can we not say slurs? ESPECIALLY IF YOU AREN'T PART OF THE COMMUNITY THE SLUR IS DIRECTED TOWARDS?

 

I went to the Denzel Curry/AG Club/redveil tour last night and what a fucking lineup. Denzel is one of the best live rappers out right now, AG Club had a ton of energy and I hope they keep growing and fill that Brockhampton vibe for people and redveil was fantastic, he's been on my list to check out for a while but he impressed the hell out of me. I also didn't realize he was from my area so was surprised when he said it was a hometown show, and then I was even more surprised when he just fucking said he turned 18. I'm definitely gonna go through his albums now but that kid has an amazing future

 

Niagara and learn 2 swim are both fantastic, he’s come up so far in the last two years and couldn’t deserve it more

 

I just saw Denzel at Coachella, closing out the final night, and he was easily one of the best things I saw all weekend

 

I was near him I can confirm this

Speaking of Denzel it sounded like he was venting about label woes or ungrateful fans last night on Twitter. Saying he’s gonna go back to underground stuff and I’m literally up for whatever from him. He’s truly a fantastic artist he can do whatever. Bummed me out to see him upset

 

The Cam'ron x A-Trak album is very messy (Dame has no business being behind a mic ever) but also kind of magic?

Man, been so spoiled with good rap music these last two months. Some amazing releases....sheesh

Truly enjoyed the Jean Dawson album.

Now onto the new Rich Homie Quan EP. Pretty good so far

Yea I’ve had songs from the RHQ EP stuck in my head for a few days now

standouuts: Krazy, Another One, Risk Takers

 

I liked what I heard of the Takeoff x Quavo album too

 

The beats are pretty great throughout. Also the title track Family & Mula is really good

 

wild part is I didn’t even realize the album dropped until this post
