yeah, I mean you can always not act on yr emotions, but I don't think it's incorrect to say that when yr body isn't under ideal conditions (hunger, sleep deprivation, whatever) yr mood is more subject to fluctuation. if I don't eat I'm quicker to irritation, if I didn't sleep much before work I won't have the energy to be pleasant or whatever etc. it's not a stretch to say a bad mood leads to bad decisions. and I'm aware that it isn't a good thing which is why I make an effort to not let it get to that point in the first place, bc being an asshole is always easier than not being an asshole (imo)
