Louisiana is the South. But like, how Nevada is whatever region you consider it to be. It's really just Vegas/NO and outside of that just a lot of people you wish didn't have to live there.

Mississipi
Alabama
Arkansas
Missouri
Tennessee
most of Georgia
Kentucky
most of Kansas
most of Louisiana

 

How are any of those different from Texas?!

 

Texas has cities and good barbecue

 

I will visit any state except Mississippi or Alabama

 

Oklahoma is such a dreadful place

new mexico is beautiful. also has some of the best green chiles in the world and therefore phenomenal green chile cheeseburgers

 

I've been there before, I had a good time, once was enough though

 

My Mom worked as an RN on a Native American reservation there for several years. I've always had a soft spot for that state as a result. Love the culture and the food and the people.

 

New Mexico is gorgeous but I would never recommend living there haha
