New album this year

 

I am ready. I was very happy with the last two albums with his return to the electronic elements... but Would It Kill You? will always be one of my favorite albums of ALL Time.

 

Gonna do a full discog runthrough but yes, WIKY reigns supreme

 

Haven't really listened to much after WIKY, should probably change that.

 

I love everything is debatable. can't believe it's 12 years old

S’only Natural is far and away the one for me at this point. WIKY would be second for sure though

 

WIKY is by far my favourite but I really love EID and the debut too. The last one was nice but I like a bit more energy in their music.

 

I know it's "cheesy" and all, but the self titled EP is honestly SO fucking good. Bumping it real loud right now and it's just jam after jam

 

I still love that EP haha.

 

EP is very good. Great melodies and I love the blown-out sound of it. I usually skip the Prom song though.

Their performance at 8123 yesterday was pretty fun. Only one song from WIKY and one from S’Only Natural. A much different version of When We First Met than the album version

Most notably… there was a new song! Sounded great. Felt like a blend of Everything Is Debatable and S’Only. Funky bass line with a bit more of an electronic/synth flair

 

What did they play then? Must’ve been a short set?

 

It was a 30 minute set, which flew by

Jesse Kurvink actually performed with him at 8123. I'm not sure how often he's played with him since the early days, but it was cool to see.
