motion posters are so silly

 

so I'm really interested to see what Hellboy fans think of this. I enjoyed the GDT movies enough, but this looks like a lot of fun, but with a more brutal feel to the action and monsters which I dig. and I like that his jokes are really him just being a dick haha. however, I've always meant to dive into the comics and just haven't yet, so idk how this or GDT's feel in that aspect.

 

I'm still kind of nervous about this, in part because of the reasons Ed Skrein bailed but also because this was supposed to come out in January

Three problems I have with what looks likely to be the case with the film on the basis of that trailer. Firstly visually it looks bland, secondly it looks overstuffed and thirdly the cast looks underwhelming. I love the previous two films especially Golden Army and I hope this is good but my expectations aren't high.

I think reservations based on this trailer are fair. Thought it’d be a darker take on the character. But I guess not. Here’s hoping it’ll be better than this trailer
