because they come from chickens and chickens live with cows. idk. what else would they be considered as? just a general "meat" label?
People consider them dairy because they are in the dairy aisle. But by definition, they are not dairy. Eggs are there own classification just from a quick Google search.
Okay I’m watching a documentary called “What the Health” and this has GOT to have a vegetarian agenda or mission. Literal quote that made me pause and write this comment: “I found a study suggesting that eating one egg a day is the equivalent of smoking 5 cigarettes a day.” these doctors are also all saying that chicken is bad for you. Just as bad as red meat.
Yeah wasnt that the doc that was pretty discredited or written off? Never watched it cause I heard negative things
Today at the gym this guy was grunting and panting so excessively that me and my sister couldn't stop laughing it was awful I felt like a terrible person but it was so bad. To the point where I was like my God if it appears this strenuous for u maybe u should lower the weight??? Like I've heard a guy making sexual moaning esque groans while working out before but this dude was like.... whole other level
Really proud of all the exercise I’ve done this month. I think with that, being more diet-conscious, and ditching the pill, I’m on the right track finallyyyy.
got in a an hour and a half lift session in, then i played some three on three basketball afterwards for another hour. i will sleep soundly tonight.
I relapsed into some bad eating habits with my dad in town for about 5 days but I went back to hot yoga today and it kicked me arse after a week of not going
I can relate. I was long distance with my girlfriend for 6 months and only got Taco Bell like once a month but now that she’s back I eat out every day and I hate it
I have been living out of hotel rooms so eating like trash. I have at least been eating a somewhat healthy breakfast and I've been packing my own lunches, so for the most part I just eat out at dinner, but that's still about 6 days a week which is a LOT. It's also my bday next week which means ppl will take me out for food and that's even more. A lil defeating cause I finally started making headway on the stubborn weight I gained, but hopefully things go back to normal after a few weeks.
My boyfriend and I are saying we can’t eat out till October bc we have to save money for our travel plans then and in November haha. Hopefully we can stick to it- we are rly bad about it and we love to eat out. It’s our one very bad habit.
I think the best thing about working a fast food job right now is I can't eat most fast good anymore. The bad thing is it's near impossible to eat healthy every day with my schedule.
I do strength training stuff every day and I'd even say I'm kinda toned but man if I'm not the physically weakest person ever lmao. I feel like it's so just not in the cards for me! I've gotten stronger but I'll always be the person who is useless helping move a couch or opening a jar
I feel the same way. It looks like I have muscle, but I am astonishingly weak. I’m like, how is a 26yo dude really this weak? Lol I just need to keep on reminding myself that what’s most important is proper form, not heavy weights.
Also, I’ve lost like 5lbs in the last 18 days. Now, I'm honestly not too worried about numbers cause truthfully I want my weight to go up in muscle, but I know that takes awhile so I'm ok with losing some fat
I've always been an ectomorph so I've been spending the last few months really trying to bulk. It's absurd that I'm basically eating to the point of feeling sick, and yet I've only put on 1 pound.
I just recently realized I am a mesomorph. I was unaware of the three main body types until like two weeks ago haha.
Blergh, July sucked... Followed up a great June (20 of 30 days) with a shit month (13 of 31 days) and fell off my pace for a 400 mile year running. Got exactly one lower body circuit in. Just often felt too exhausted to really push myself, which is discouraging and rarely happens. Would go ahead and charge through August but I've got a lot of travel: Hamptons, 7 Phish shows across Philly, Maryland and upstate New York, and then a bachelor party in Colombia. Great for life experiences, bad for gym schedule haha. Still, pretty happy with the year so far: 125 out of 212 days (58.9%) 235.8 Miles
My goal for 2018 was 60%+ of days worked out. On a good trajectory either way. 2015: N/A 2016: 48% 2017: 54.2% 2018: 58.9% (current)
