Too soon to get excited but week 1 of drinking more water when I have the urge to snack at work has me down 2.8 pounds
My dad had a terrible lower back, my brother has had terrible back problems his whole life, and this year has really done a number on mine and I'm not quite sure what to do. It makes it nearly impossible to do squats without experiencing pain. I know that if you experience back pain doing squats it's most likely because you're doing it wrong but I'm fairly certain I do them correctly and my back just can't handle it. It's very frustrating. I've thrown out my back multiple times doing the most mundane things like simply turning to the left too fast while sitting in a chair.
Nothing makes me want to abandon a diet faster than having an upset stomach from eating too many vegetables. Bread doesn't do this you.
If you're gluten intolerant it would Haha. Anyway, if veggies weren't a big part of your day to day diet before and you're introducing them or increasing your consumption, it will upset your stomach at first. If you keep eating that way though, your body will not continue that way with the discomfort.
And thank the Lord almighty I am not gluten intolerant. I've eaten this amount of veggies for a long time. Carrots just really mess with me if I eat more than like half a stalk I'm learning. Cooked or raw.
In her case she adjusted in other places. She was a vegetarian prior, and trying to be vegetarian and gluten free was too much. She started eating meat again
Yeah, I feel better in general when I don't eat food like Burgers and eat healthier. But those 10 minutes I'm eating the Burger, I feel incredible. Haha
I have crohns disease but at first they thought it was celiac. Was such a tough diet to do for a week.
It is so hard to say no to food but for the sake of stopping body shaming, I decided to do my own version of 100Days Weight Loss Challenge. No more burgers and fries neither pizza. I really need a lot of motivation right now. "Sore now, strong tomorrow."
When I was younger I had terrible posture, but it's something I actively monitor every day and have for multiple years now. We for the anterior pelvic tilt, I do not know. If you can, juice them. That works for me Edit: I don't have a car so I bicycle everywhere. However, this week I'm borrowing my sister's car and I got off work earlier and it honestly took all of me not to go to the In-N-Out drive-thru haha.
dude. im in dallas tomorrow with one just a few minutes away from where i'll be staying. i won't have the will power. i am doooooomed
Haha, I have two within a ten minutes drive of my house so it's a constant battle, but if you're not typically near one then I say go for it...and make sure to asked for chopped chilies for me.
Off for a week, and since turning on the out of office email, the healthy eating has went to pot! yolo
Just started the 21 Day Fix with my wife after my birthday and so far it's great. The first three days are a cleanse but the overall idea is eating healthy and clean for 21 days with HIIT and then start the cycle over the with three days of cleanse, etc. Has anyone else tried it? Thoughts?
Just completed my first week of Crossfit. Hardest thing I've ever done. Not sure if I'm going to adopt Paleo or not. Focused now on cals in vs cals out.
