Had heard good things about this band before... reading through this thread inspired me to check out their 2017 album and wowwwww this rules.

 

Really liked the song. Last Living Man was suck a risky debut and it paid off wonderfully. Still crazy that it never really picked up much steam on this site.

 

Why is this band always so good? They're morphing into The Hotelier a bit, while retaining their own sound. Fantastic.

I really overlooked The Last Living Man when it came out but it's been pretty consistent in my rotation for a few weeks now. Any idea when we're getting new music?

 

Probably never. These guys don't do much anymore with Head North aside from a hometown show once a year.

 

this, Coasta, and Animal Flag are 3 bands that I can't believe didn't catch on

 

I def thought something was coming after they dropped that single

 

I would love another record but the last living man was basically perfect.

 

I ordered two Kevin Devine records in that Bad Timing sale and they sent me a copy of the Bloodlines EP for free?

 

Brett the lead singer has something it looks coming soon, hopefully more solo material.

Not sure, but he’s live now if you want to ask him in the chat lol. He’s only two songs in (In the Water, The Bells)

Btw he’s raising money on the stream for ACLU which is great. Over $300 raised so far.

 

Was there any update on Head North during that live stream? I know they released that incredible song somewhat recently and that got me amped for a new album.
