I saw them in a tiny venue/bar years ago in Boston and it was a blast. Hopefully I’ll get a chance again.
this will never come anywhere close to me so I'm just gonna hope it means he's finally thinking about dropping Swan Damage
been relistening to their stuff today for the first time in ages and it's wild both how different the two albums sound and how inconsistent they are. Decadence alone has like three all-timers on it and then Head Automatica Sound System which is just embarrassing as hell
I just recently listened to both albums again too and I think the first album is nearly perfect aside from that track which, as you say, is so bizarre
I really love that the album is bookended with two absolute rippers and everything in between is more fun/poppy
dude really put that on the album instead of this absolute classic. I will never understand how his mind works lmao
Is swan damage out there? I’ve listened to like a youtube comp of live stuff but i dont think ive heard studio versions
Ok, they were one of the worst sounding bands I ever heard at Sad Summer Fest in Jersey :(. Daryl's annunciation and pitch on almost every word was off. The guitar was so loud it hurt. It was a distorted mess. Made Adam from TBS seem like a good singer...
Yeahhh the last couple of times I’ve seen Glassjaw he sounded pretty terrible too. Can’t say I’m all that surprised. Might be holding off on that headliner after all
Kinda let down by their Sad Summer set in Philly on Saturday. We left half way through to eat, seems like a lot of people made that their dinner break for the day.
Yeah they played it at my show last week and announced it as a new song. They didn't sound super great. Weren't awful but I could barely hear him sing and the guitar was super loud in comparison and it all felt a bit off. Then again I complained that for LS Dunes I could barely hear the vocals too so maybe it's just my hearing going
