  9. First listen finished and I am ALL about it. The variety of moods and styles on offer on this album is really something. Plenty of musical surprises, great production and an eclectic sound that I can see appealing to a wide variety of people who might not even have knowledge of Hayley's work as part of Paramore. It's very much its own thing and covers a lot of ground over 56 minutes. Can't wait to spend more time with it. It's all over the map musically but very cohesive. Really impressed.

Doing my first full listen, and just gotta say Cinnamon still blows my mind every time I hear it.

The track list thing is weird, but it’s kind of cool that it solidifies the different parts. I have no idea what to expect from the new batch and I can’t wait to find out.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

never felt more inadequate as a reviewer than trying to sum up all the emotional and sonic ground this album covers. fuck it's just so good at so many things

This is all I could’ve hoped for when I first heard “Hayley Williams solo album”. It feels like we went on a whole journey to get here and it’s so great to now have it in full.

  23. This was wonderful. The rollout was perfect because it let us give each song individual attention and now that we have the record it feels like having all the hits in one place. The whole thing just knocks me on my ass, so happy for her and very thankful she wasn’t forced to push it back

How is this compared to something like Carly Rae Jepson's latest stuff?

Five songs in and uh, after "female vocalist" it kinda stops being comparable.
