They’re just two blonde women running through a forest and hiding in a house. Again, it’s horror movie imagery that has been used countless times over by many artists. This situation sucks so much and I feel bad for Hayley.
In a few recent interviews (and in the one below), Hayley's mentioned Paramore returning sooner rather than later. Also, solo album is done and currently being mixed.

Argh. I just hope it comes to MA. Every show I've tried to get tickets to so far I've failed miserably (MCR, the Format). If I miss out on a solo Hayley show, I'll be gutted. lol.
Don’t remember the full tweet but the part that had me stoked was (paraphrasing) her saying “if you think you know what the album is gonna sound like after part I... just wait” or something like that
