    Hayley Williams of Paramore gave a health update on the band’s Discord and mentioned the band is back in the studio.

    Zac and Taylor and I also just want to get back to making things. We’ve been craving that for a while now. Not only the creative process but the layer(s) of insulation that can come with the creative process. For me, when we get into this mode it always feels nice to disappear in a way.

    I thought This Is Why was fine. The only album of theirs I don't really revisit is the self-titled. Just never grabbed me (and feels pretty bloated).

    Each album has its own time and place. I can appreciate and admire each one on its own, although, there are some I play much more than others.

    I don't think they've ever made a filler or directionless album.

    TIW grew on me, but still not my favorite. However, I cannot stop listening to Figure 8, You First, Crave and This is Why.

    Massive drop down for me from After Laughter but that was probably more to do with the sound change than the quality.

    Tried and tried to like their new album. Just couldn’t get into it. We all like a catchy song. Unfortunately some of the songs on that album were catchy in an annoying way. Like where parts of the song would just sit in my head driving me nuts.

    Honestly have no plans to revisit it again.
