  2. oh dang, I saw Best Coast open for Paramore in 2017, then Jay Som open for Paramore in 2018, then Hayley brought out Bethany and Melina last night, went full circle

Yep, that's what Setlist says - she brought Rachel from WFYE for "Discovery Channel" and Bethany from Best Coast for Parachute.

Posting in here since it was a topic a few pages ago. The president of Ticketmaster says the queue placements are not randomized

The fact that I joined it first and my partner joined it second, she had only 4000 ahead of her while I had 31000 says he's full of shit.

Yeah, I joined the queue about 3 minutes before a friend. I was around 3100 and she was 641

Randomized is a careful use of word, too. It's a lottery.

I think it’s algorithmically designed based on past purchasing history, likelihood of being an bot, and a variety of other factors.

No because random doesn't exist in software.

Isn't random/lottery the best way to handle it? It shouldn't really be based on who clicks .00005 seconds faster or has a slightly better browser speed at that moment. The waiting room should just be there to equalize everyone before the random lottery assignment of a place in the queue

Then they should be required to disclose the percentages/odds/weighting of it.

Also contradicting what Ticketmaster has previously stated. upload_2026-5-13_15-36-58.jpeg

    Amazing haha.

Also, if the waiting room isn't randomized then there is not actually a waiting room, there is just a queue

It's juiced toward accounts they want getting tickets.

is it the same for you? Prestigious

If there's some metric for who should get tickets, Ticketmaster should put me higher in whatever that metric is

It might make me less likely to rage post about how awful their ticketing process is

Same - I buy and almost never, if ever, sell tickets except on rare occasions.

I would also love to know if it factors in other purchase history based on card data - do you buy drinks, merch, upgrades in the venue, etc?

Feels like a crazy can of worms for the guy in charge to open on Twitter instead of just leaving it at "it's random and you have back luck sorry."

    The spiciest meme

Tried for the general sale for my date, got a better spot in the queue! 4,308 in front of me vs 12,902 for the Hayley pre-sale lol. But even then there was basically nothing left for seats except lawn. So unless I luck out something being put back up over the next few months guess I'm stuck with lawn seating, pretty upset but that's how the cards fall for these for some people I guess, get better luck next time.

Went to the show last night and they made a big deal about it being recorded. One of the camera people talked to us at the barricade and Hayley mentioned it herself mid show. Excited to see how she goes about releasing it.

Absolutely incredible performance from Ms. Williams per usual. Best frontperson of their generation IMO. Worth the six year wait and trip from the east coast since I couldn’t get NYC tickets this time compared to 2020. Hyped for the two performances back-to-back at home in the fall.

As for the surprises, we received a Power Snatch performance with This Is Lorelei, and Eloise Wong was the guest for “Parachute”.

I didn't even know general sale was happening until they posted the updated poster with the sold out dates so I got some sucky 200 level side seats just now but hey I'll take it cause at least I'm there!
