Had tickets for June 24th 2020 at Brooklyn Steel. Looked back at old texts and it was two for $150.10 total. Got them easily during a presale with a code for preordering the Petals For Armor vinyl box set off Hayley’s website. Since then my best friend who ordered our tickets with my code, while I was in a meeting, passed away. Can’t wait to inevitably get burned during the ticket buying process for Hammerstein as the final Covid era act comes back around. But at least we caught Paramore together one last time at MSG in 2023.
I'm southwest in Durango and I was already mentally prepared for the six hour drive, haha. That Phoenix date is tempting though.
Was it one of those fun orders there they give you a tracking number and FedEx is like "nah, sorry bro, we don't have that in our system" until it just magically shows up as delivered in the app at the last minute?
it shipped with USPS. i can generally track packages with Informed Delivery, but i recently learned that doesn't apply if you don't format your address the way USPS wants you to. my apartment complex originally gave me a specif way to format my address than USPS's system doesn't recognize, so from now on, i'll just use their native formatting.
haven't spun the whole thing yet, but my Team Zissou vinyl had some very slight crackling through the right audio channel between Negative Self Talk and the title track for maybe 15 seconds. disappears shortly after Hayley starts singing. even after cleaning it's still there, but there's no visible damage to the record.
Paramore hadn't played in PDX in 84 years and then they cancelled the PDX date for the tour for This is Why so in summation Hayley owes me a PNW date specifically because I'm about to report it as a hate crime.
