Can someone PM me the artwork so I can adjust in my Apple Music? Hate listening to things out of order.

I guess it's now or never for my tracklist. It's still a work in progress, but one that will probably never be finished now. This is what I was working with:

Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party
    Glum
    Mirtazapine
    Discovery Channel
    True Believer
    Ice In My OJ
    Kill Me
    Hard
    Negative Self Talk
    Blood Bros
    Brotherly Hate
    Whim
    Zissou
    Disappearing Man
    Dream Girl In Shibuya
    I Won't Quit You
    Love Me Different

My concept was basically: starts with Ego Death because that feels like kind of the spark for everything else that she sings about on the album. Glum gives us the state of mind she's currently in followed by a chunk of the album that focuses more on the human experience/social commentary/outward anger. By Kill Me the anger turns inward and Hard ushers in the more introspective songs. That continues, but the introspective lens points toward her romantic relationship.

I ended with Love Me Different because I enjoy albums that close out the themes with the penultimate track but then have a sort of epilogue. I feel like Love Me Different is a lot more optimistic than the rest of the album and so it kind of makes sense as an addendum and showing hope for what comes next.

Hayley confirmed the rumor/leak on her EDAABP account without explicitly saying it.

She also said the pmoregirl05 account on twitter is not her lol

Why would someone not post the album cover?

it hasn't officially been announced yet (and per Hayley's other IG, it sounds like it won't be officially announced until release date), and most of the time someone does post the cover before an official announcement, Jason gets sent a DMCA notice (even if it's widespread amongst other channels). just don't wanna risk anything.

someone did post it on the band's subreddit and somehow that hasn't been taken down if you are looking for it

Just wait for the actual proper release with the 18th song, imo. Don’t personally see a real point to prematurely making a playlist in that order with the album art.

I’m gonna have more fun with this being a batch of songs without a set structure, and let the crystallized, completed version come when it (officially) comes.

I like the artwork. I'm also assuming Parachute is going to be treated as like a deluxe bonus song, because right now I Won't Quit On You feels too perfect a closer.

  16. i never cared about having an official tracklisting, i just wanted a record in hand to listen to. i'm glad everyone who participated enjoyed making their own tracklisting or listening on shuffle or however else they engaged with these songs. with the way y'all have been hyping 'em up i know the wait's gonna be worth it

from Hayley's other IG, it sounds like there might be more new songs than just Parachute

re: the leaks - "the thing is there is still plenty that you don't know... and the joke is actually on the hacker bc............... ya cant leak songs that havent even been submitted yet" (with that last caption being attached to a picture of someone on Twitter surprised that there's a new song)

so it sounds like she's either adding more to the album (despite having already submitted it to DSPs) or might have another separate music release(s) down the line (probably not another album though)

It’s a good rollout, and people who actively hate it are boring imo.

The artist is forcing you to approach the art in a different way than is typical or comfortable and that's what real art is supposed to be. Big fan. In a day and age where it's all the same rollout and process of releasing an album, this feels fresh and different. All for it.

it took me a while to get used to the approach, but i think it's enhanced my experience with this album in a way that wouldn't have happened otherwise. this is probably sitting right behind BNE as my favorite project from anyone in their camp.
