Within the context of it being between Clint or Natasha, sure. But without her sacrifice they wouldn’t have had the soul stone that helped bring everyone back. Half of the universe owes their life to her sacrifice.

 

Clint needs to live cause he's totally going to become a teacher at Avengers Academy.

 

Clint will 100% live and go into retirement (again). No way they kill him off

 

Yeah, but he was willing to die. She did it for him and his family. Just seems dumb to let him survive Endgame only to kill him off shortly after when the stakes are lower. So I hope he lives and retires.

 

Again with the poorly lit fights where everyone's in black.

That last image in the credits is so cool

I don’t have any problems with these fights I can see just fine

 

As someone who didn't watch much Netflix MCU, I thought the reveal felt a bit like an afterthought, but I'm really excited for next week with everything coming together. Also, Florence Pugh remains PERFECT as Yelena.

 

I really cant stand the fake russian accent, ugh

After watching that and Spidey earlier, I am full to the brim with MCU right now

 

Florence is fucking amazing

 

I still need to see Lady Macbeth, but I loved her in Midsommar, and everything else I've seen her in since

The opening scene with Yelena is by far the coolest visual they’ve done with the snap

Everything about this episode was awesome, but that last scene caused me to yell "Yes" quite loudly and slam my fist down in excitement. I am so pumped right now.

 

100% the same.

 

For me, it was an excited clap that actually hurt my hands haha. Had wanted to do the same earlier with NWH, but would have looked a bit weird at the cinema!

 

So Kate's mom hired Valentina to convince Yelena that Clint killed Nat? Yelena still hasn't explained what Valentina said that was so damn convincing. It still doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me why she's so convinced Clint is bad. Natasha was constantly name dropping him in Black Widow, it was clear they cared for each other.

Other than that, loved this episode, and fuuuuckkkk yes he's back!

 

Kate’s mom hired Val to send “someone” to kill Clint. I assume sending Yelena was Val’s idea. Val knew she could manipulate Yelena into thinking that Clint killed Natasha. She also knew that killing Clint would not be easy. So sending Yelena, a world-class assassin who also happens to have extra motivation to get the job done due to wanting revenge, makes sense.

Also echoes (pun not intended) what Clint said to Maya in this episode about rage being used to manipulate people into doing things they wouldn’t normally do. Yelena is just like them.
