It's like melted marshmallows in a jar. It's funny because I called that stuff fluff without knowing about Fluff.

 

I love to put fluff on my ice cream, and peanut butter sandwiches, and...spoon.

I'm sorry for people who have never tried this, and I will say that Fluff is much better than the JetPuff stuff.

 

I have never tried it, nor am I aware if it's around where I live. I don't think I'd like to try it

 

I'm not alone.

this word.....fluffernutter....is this a real thing people say or just something someone in this thread made up?

 

I've had it once in my life and have had occasional cravings for it ever since.

 

Fluffernutter = Fluff + peanut butter. It's the best!

 

This sounds intriguing but I feel like it might be kind of dry?

 

Maybe moreso than a PB&J, but Fluff is lighter and less viscous than peanut butter, so it works out. Bonus round: crunchy peanut butter and Fluff!

 

I've only ever had the Jet Puffed version but I called it Fluff like it was the same thing. Best with pb and bananas on toast!

 

My cousin and I tried to get her French Canadien cousin to try it ince but he refused because he thought it was paint and we were tricking him.

I agree that picture is gross. Too much fluff. You definitely have tonfind the right balance of fluff to peanut butter.


Ive never put fluff on ice cream which is surprising because I love B&J's Phish Food. I never even thought of it as an option. I know my nieces and mom like fluff in their hot chocolate though.

 

Seems like putting this stuff on ice cream would make it weird and hard to chew? Obviously I could be way wrong seeing as I've never had it

 

I once filled up an empty mayo jar with this stuff as a prank on my parents (when I was 10 or so). It was great when they used it for making potato salad.

 

I've had this, and grew up in the north east. Had no idea it was regional though

 

FYI - here's a secret recipe of a sandwich that absolutely will blow your mind.
1. Buy this (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001GQ3E5A/?tag=absolutepunk-20) and wait two days for it to arrive.
2. Grill some bread, I like multigrain with some butter first until it gets nice and toasty (grilled-cheese-like).
3. Blob as much fluff as possible on side a.
4. Blob as much Mighty Maple PB on side b as possible.
5. Slice up a banana and put it between.
6. Eat it up

Best fluffernutter ever.

 

I'm not big on peanut butter but that maple peanut butter sounds amazing?

 

It's a little less marshmallowy than marshmallows. Usually I'll mix it with some nuts, oreos, and chocolate ice cream. You get a real good rocky-road type texture, but I agree, just ice cream may not be the best combo.

 

It is! So is the Bees Knees and White Chocolate Wonderful flavor.

I never realized Fluff was a New England thing. Explains why I didn't see it much when I moved to the south. Now I'm just craving fluffernutter sandwiches.

 

I just found out UK has Fluff!!! Was in the store real early, was tired and thought I was seeing things but there it was!!! Was too confused to buy it - what do you even do with it?!
