Yeah I'm really glad that he's doing this sound, there will be some great songs on this. I'm still not sold on the second half of this as I don't think this vocal runs aren't that memorable

Four is my favorite One Direction album. So great from start to finish.

 

Like really I don't think ppl have any idea of the music 1D made post Take Me Home. It's not mozart but it's also not like otown or something (no hate I love otown)

FOUR is an excellent album! Only really gave them honest listens once I heard Zayn was working with the producer Malay on his first solo album, and got curious what his voice was like... ended up being pleasantly surprised by all their later stuff, especially FOUR.

 

Definitely... great opening track.

 

Four is seriously fantastic, it's the only time they really made a complete album IMO.

Yeah I know it's just like 2 songs so far but neither of them touch peak 1D songs. Which is why I'm still surprised people are championing these songs and sound surprised and/or mention not checking for 1D when 1D has stronger songs. All the love to Harry and I like his songs but I'm just whelmed so far. Still super excited tho cause I'm trash

Personally I like these songs more than nearly all 1D songs, but I definitely get where you're coming from. For me his stuff so far feels more... personal? Idk, it's hard for me to put my finger on it but I just feel more passion from the songs he's done on his own so far.
