Not a fan of this one.

 

Saw the trailer for this in front of bugonia and I think it looks really really good. Unfortunately it won’t be playing near me until December

 

this worked for me. maybe could've had a little more of something in the second act but i thought the first 40-ish minutes and the ending are truly remarkable. i also did not give jessie buckley her due, clearly

 

yeah, Jessie Buckley's excellent in this. a couple moments did not land for me (when Shakespeare starts riffing his Hamlet soliloquy), but overall I thought this was a lovely film. def enjoyed it more than Nomadland

 

trying to go see this but the damn AMC app is garbage

 

The trailer looked pretty bad.

 

looks better than Wicked imo and there's not much else left I haven't seen yet besides Rental Family and Jay Kelly (which isn't playing at AMC)

edit: oh, and I guess there's this new Benedict Cumberbatch thing, maybe I'll check that out

 

Probably see this Thursday. I think it looks fine but heard Paul is fantastic.

 

This was solid and gut wrenching man, gotta sit with it a bit but the acting in it was superb
