Honestly, this wouldn't be out of place on the last album. Doesn't really do much for me either

This sounds like a Starboy throwaway

Ronald McDonald is ranting about her even though she's in the right, giving me more reason to wish he wasn't a thing

I have no idea what this is meant to say and it's kinda delightful

In that case I wouldn't know even if there wasn't an autocorrect and I'm ok with that.

all these songs are maaaaad boring, was hoping she'd do something interesting this time but.....all of these songs are standard alt pop fare in 2017.

  15. I think Halsey's music is better in context with an album. That being said I do like the three new songs alone.

I don't think I'm going to like this album nearly as much as Badlands

  17. i didn't like badlands at all, this one's slightly better but it still has the same flaws. i don't think she's doing anything interesting when she's singing alt r&b stuff, and the poppier songs, tho way better, fail to totally grab me. for a pop album, it is surprising how not catchy it mostly is, which saddens me because i love her vocals. there's a lack of strong choruses.

Anyone know if the Target edition "3 extra tracks" are the same as the deluxe on Apple Music?

Gotta admit, I liked this album more than expected. The 3 singles are 3 of my least favorites on initial listen though, so that'd odd.

So, I explored whole album on youtube. And I like most of all "Heaven In Hiding", "Alone", "Angel On Fire", "Don't Play" songs.

Just finished my first listen. First impression is that this a little too long - everything from Walls Could Talk onward is bomb - some stuff in the middle isn't really sticking with me

Do you know if you listened to the standard vs deluxe edition? 3 song length difference

thanks for pointing that out - I was definitely listening to deluxe on spotify. which songs are "deluxe?"
