Danielle Harris is so awesome. Had such a crush on her when I was younger, used to message her on fucking MySpace lmao

I see her and I just think Wish Upon a Star and Boy Meets World.

 

I saw whichever Rob Zombie one she was in, but i saw it knowing nothing about the movie cause I was just flipping through channels and it was on....so I was very surprised when I realized I recognized her, and more surprised when she was suddenly topless lol. And also with her brutal murder. I had to do some googling after to see if she was supposed to be Jamie again in that one.

 

Gotta love Danielle Harris trying to stay relevant lol. And for the record, I’m a huge fan of the Jamie Lloyd character but can’t stand Danielle Harris personally. I’ll never forget the time I paid $30 for an autograph and she didn’t make eye contact or interact with me once. Same thing happened with Jamie Kennedy once, fuck ‘em both.

 

Yeah just scrolling through her twitter feed, she sure seems to be hung up on her Halloween role.

First I’ve ever seen that personally.

 

I missed the other posts and thought you were referring to actual cameos being unheard of. That was a strange few minutes for me.

I don’t see why she should be made fun of for being into what she’s famous for and having fun with it. Just seems like a weird thing to blast someone for.

Who was making fun of her? Pretty sure the discussion was that she seems to be clinging to the Halloween schtick for dear life and very badly wants back in. Also, ANYONE doing those cameo videos is awkward as hell. Charging $75 for a selfie shout out is nauseating to me too.

 

Does putting her down or disparaging her work better for you instead? My point was that the last page has been needlessly hostile to someone just for how they express their interest in their career or what they’re known for. I don’t understand the need for that level of negativity about her.

I always try to cut people a LOT of slack when it comes to that sort of thing, especially after working so many conventions, but I also have had a few negative encounters over the years so I can understand that disappointment.

 

It’s just weird to single her out, there are so many people in the horror culture who still “cling”, as you say, to their roles from 20-30 years ago. I don’t think what she’s doing is any more weird than like, Felissa Rose or something
