I'm excited for the sequel even though I didn't love it

 

I loved it. I’m pumped. Wish it was this fall lol

 

It was almost certainly the best since Halloween 4 imho

After rewatching it twice on HBO, Allyson just comes off extremely dull. Not sure if it's the actress or the writing

 

Unless Alyson wears a white mask idgaf who she is lololol

 

This is only film to contain the same spirit as the original so I like it. I probably will only watch it during Halloween season though.

 

I wanna see Michael struggling to get his giant body out of a tiny ass half-window while his shoes melt from the flames so he has to stomp his feet out in the grass. STOP DROP AND ROLL, MOTHERFUCKER!

It wasn't the best movie or anything, but I love Michael Myers and will always be down for sequels.

 

I have a hard time believing they'd release two films in one month.

 

It would be very cool & unique experience, although I’m seeing no reason any studio would allow that from a monetary perspective. I’d say that’s more just a Dream at this point.

 

I'll probably watch every Halloween movie in October already, so I don't think I need TWO new ones in the same month. Just do back to back years for the releases? I can't imagine many people spending tickets on both in the same month to go see them?

At least there seems to be a reason in the plot this time, given that the fake loomis is orchestrating everything. Bad reason, but still better than Halloween 4.
