Luckily nothing I read yesterday was spoiling major plot points or the ending. Just the way certain scenes play out, which sounded awesome.

From what I've seen on Twitter, people are saying it looks great and scary.

The thing about test audiences hating the end makes me think its awesome and dark. People always hate it when its dark.

 

Also confirmed: no more Michael/Laurie siblings subplot. Thank god!

So what's canon in this new one? Only the events in parts 1 and 2, ignoring H20 and Resurrection?

 

As long as it's nothing cliche like Laurie becoming evil.

 

Ignoring every sequel. Direct continuation of the original film only.

 

So what he disappears from the lawn and then...is arrested shortly after ? That’s kinda lame.

So this is ignoring all sequels? Interesting, especially if the sibling stuff is thrown out. Seems like Laurie will be hunting Michael this time.

 

Well, if the sibling thing is gone it must be only going off the first one.

 

Sadly its not on the list. Actually the trailer list is pretty weak.

 

Shit I want to see
