Half Waif - See You At The Maypole (October 4, 2024) Album

Just caught myself up on the songs released so far. I enjoy all of them, but am especially a fan of "Heartwood" and "Big Dipper".

I'm very interested to hear how the album comes together as a whole. 17 tracks and a runtime of an hour is a big swing, but every album since Lavender has been fantastic so I'm not concerned.

Wow, this is good. There are less bangers but it works

 

Went to the show in Chicago tonight. Powerful choreography, sounded great, and the album was played in full which was an unexpected treat. I’d definitely recommend catching her on this tour if she’s headed to your city

 

Wish it was coming close to me but sadly it isn’t. As for the album, I didn’t return to it much at the beginning, maybe because it was so long. But the last two weeks I’ve been listening to it a lot. I still think it’s a little long but it’s so so good.
