any news anyone? this is getting ridiculous

 

it's extremely ridiculous. I contacted customer service a week ago, because it had been 4 weeks since they said 3-4 weeks. The reply was:

what pisses me off really is that we who preordered their music around a month before the album was released got the shaft whereas the rest of the world could order from another website after the release & get their album essentially two months before us fools

yr t shirt is going to be 2 months delayed? fine - don’t be assholes & ship my vinyl & then the t shirt separately for no extra cost & all is forgiven

or at least address this shit in a serious manner throw in a 5% refund anything just to show you give a fuck

I just got an email from Asmathic Kitty sayig my vinyll is going to be delayed a week - 100% fine & thanks for letting me know in advance - they don’t even have an army of people behind the release unlike Haim
