actually it's terrible and my relationship is almost certainly over and I only got like 4 hours of sleep last night but I am gonna be alright

 

I’m sorry Lisa. I know I’m not clued into everything and things will probably be challenging for a bit but based off why you have said I think this will be a positive in the long run. Get through the rough part and you can go explore the other things you want out of life. We’re all pulling for you and are here if you need anything

We haven't officially broken up but it was a bad night and I just feel this coming to a head, at this point it's just on me to make the final decision. He'd never leave but I'm already gone. Wish I could disappear more than have this conversation but every day and with the help of friends and family I am getting stronger. Also going back to therapy in 2 weeks and very excited because I think that's the last missing piece that I need.
