There's a quick method that tastes gross but you can finish in under 25 minutes. And there's a longer method that tastes much better that takes about 1 1/2 but it's mostly waiting. Choose your poison.

I think you're supposed to with both, although that recipe doesn't include that haha

 

All this talk made me realize it's been a while and now I want to go hit up a store on my way home.

 

1) Grind the green out of the bud. This is impossible. I just mean grind it as finely as you can. I use about 1/4oz per normal box of cake/muffins.

2) Look at the box. Add the amount of oil (Try to choose one with the highest fat content) required for the recipe into a pan. Put it on a low hear ( I think I use the "2" setting)

3) Add your ground budz

4) Mix it around in there and make sure all of it has some oil covering it. Let it simmer in this for at least an hour to ensure all the THC goes into the oil.

5) After an hour to an hour and a half of simmering, strain all the buds out of the oil. You should have some disgusting looking brownish green oil.

6) From this point on you can follow the recipe on the box. Just substitute your new oil. If you lost some oil in the process, i'd just add a little more regular oil until you have whatever the box requires.



The best tasting edibles I had were funfetti and lemon poppy seed muffins. I think I've always sliced them in a way that I ended up with about 10 in a batch. One will get you a pleasant high, two will get you ripped, and 3 will f*ck you
