It really is. It's like a mini grocery store with all sorts of imported Italian food that you can't find anywhere else. Then they have a butcher/deli counter with sandwiches and they're all insanely good and cheap. If you Google "best sandwich in Dallas" you'll get tons of results for Jimmy's and everyone will have a different opinion on which sandwich to order because they're all amazing.
