Alright folks 40 hours into Persona 5 so I’m about halfway to the end. Let’s rank party members by how useful they are

Futaba: this is kinda cheating since she’s a navigator but once she joins she makes everything better. I love her Persona being a UFO. She’s just great

Morgana: I love/hate this cat with my whole heart. He’s funny and cute but also STOP TELLING ME TO GO TO SLEEP but also ur heals are top tier

Makoto: character wise she’s grown on me and as far as utility/combat goes she’s amazing. Johanna is rly strong for an initial Persona

Ryuji: the 2nd place for Best Boy is also rly strong. He crits all the time and Captain Kidd is starting to be a clutch Persona. My favorite shitbag

Ann: best girl is sadly not best party member. She’s overshadowed by Makoto in a lot of ways (spoiler Makoto may be my best girl) but I still like Carmen a lot.

Yusuke: oh Yusuke. A goldmine of awkward comments and meme worthy reactions, he’s rly not very strong in combat. Maybe Goemon gets better but for now he’s just a niche ice using Persona.

this is the farthest I’ve ever made it in Persona 5 and I can’t rly recall why I stopped playing the first time. Idk much about Haru or Akechi other than Akechi being somewhat temporary. Maybe they’ll both be rly good. Also can’t wait for Royal so I can get my new waifu Kasumi.

 

Also depends if our wedding flowers are actually going to cost over $1200 bucks.
