i have started suffering from migraines this year and this is my third and its fucking hell on earth, shouts out to yall that some how dealt with this shit your whole life

 

There was a wreck and the road I was on was blocked off and backed up, so I turned into this apartment complex and parked there and ate fajitas and the soup lol.

what does that mean? my biggest warning sign is obstruction of vision if that's what you mean. like a lot of little spots like i just rubbed my eyes for 10 minutes or something and i have a really hard time with text and stuff. that's been the calling card for all three

 

There’s an episode of always sunny where they have a trial based on eating cereal in car.

 

I’ve noticed changes in temperature can trigger mine. I always get super nauseous, almost like when I have food poisoning or the flu. It’s the worst.

Some people don’t have visual impacts with theirs. Mine literally have zigzags, spinning and partial blindness.
